Terms & Conditions

The rules for the We Rise + AM Creative raffle: who can enter, how the winner is picked, and exactly what the prize includes.

Who’s running it

The promoter is Allyjana Marie Angeles, ABN 15 395 481 043 (“the Promoter”), the photographer behind Allyjana Marie Creative.

Entering

• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Entries are open now and close on Sunday 20 September 2026.
• One entry per person.
• Every entrant is emailed the full gallery from the We Rise event.
• Entry is open to people aged 18 or over who are based in Melbourne, or able to travel to Melbourne for the shoot.

The draw

• One winner is chosen by random draw and announced on Sunday 20 September 2026.
• The winner is notified by email, SMS and Instagram, and must claim the prize within 7 days of notification.
• An unclaimed prize is redrawn.

The prize

The prize is a 2-hour brand and content photography session with Allyjana Marie Creative, valued at $700. It includes:

• 30+ professionally captured and edited images
• Unlimited edited raw video files for content use
• 1 edited short-form reel capturing the winner’s essence as a founder

Images and video are delivered within 7 working days of the shoot.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Booking the shoot

• The shoot must be booked and locked in by 10 December 2026. The prize expires after this date.
• The booking date and time are subject to photographer availability.
• We shoot on location within a 30km radius of Melbourne CBD. Locations outside this radius may incur additional travel fees.
• Studio hire is not included. The winner is welcome to use one of our recommended studio partners at their own cost, or we can shoot on location instead.

Your photos and your details

• By entering, participants consent to us using shoot content (images and video) for our own portfolio and marketing purposes.
• By entering, participants opt in to receive follow-up marketing emails from Allyjana Marie Creative. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
• Entrants’ contact details are only used to administer this promotion and for the follow-up marketing communications outlined above, and are not shared with third parties. The services that handle the site’s data are listed on the Privacy page.
